Contact the packaging automation team.
Tell us what you are packing, your target output and the machinery process you want to automate.
Contact details
Send your product, pack format, target speed and any sample details. The more technical information supplied, the easier it is to recommend the correct automation route.

Send an enquiry
Give the technical team enough evidence to identify the right next step.
You do not need a finished specification. Send the product and pack information already available, then use the review to identify missing samples, measurements, site details or trial work.
Product and pack
Describe what is being filled, capped, labelled, sealed, conveyed or packed and attach representative component information where possible.
Production requirement
State current output, target output, batch size, format changes, operator involvement and the process that currently limits production.
Project boundary
Explain whether the requirement is a standalone machine, a retrofit, a connected cell or a complete line and identify retained equipment.
Information to prepare
- Product description and representative samples.
- Container, closure, label, film or case dimensions.
- Current and target production pattern.
- Photos, video or sketch of the proposed area.
- Existing machinery and required integrations.
- Priority quality and acceptance requirements.

Project brief guide
Use the structured checklist to gather product, pack, site and acceptance information.

Sample trial guide
Prepare products and packaging components for a focused application test.

Quotation comparison guide
Keep scope, tooling, services and open points visible when proposals arrive.
Describe the work to automate in its actual sequence
Write a short account of one production cycle, from materials arriving to the finished pack leaving the station. Identify the step you want to change and explain why: repeated handling, variable results, insufficient output or a new pack format. Include the people and existing equipment involved in that sequence.
For a retrofit, say which parts of the current process must remain. Provide the relevant model information and a measured sketch where available. If a future format is still uncertain, list it separately from the launch requirement so that the first review has a clear scope.
- Useful comparison
- Supply current accepted output and the desired target over the same time basis. Include ordinary replenishment and format changes in the description.
- Physical evidence
- Gather representative product, containers, closures, labels or film according to the process. Identify the revision and any development samples before discussing trials.
Can an enquiry cover several possible machine routes?
Yes. Explain the production objective and the unresolved choices so that the review can compare routes using the same product and pack evidence.
