What is High-Volume Liquid Filling Machine used for?

The Lancing UK LU-CL6T Automatic Liquid Filling Machine is built for high-volume, precision filling of liquids ranging from 500ml to 5000ml. Featuring six servo-driven magnetic pumps and a 320L storage tank with automatic level detection, it ensures consistent flow and accurate dosing.

What output can High-Volume Liquid Filling Machine achieve?

Final throughput depends on the product, container, fill volume and level of automation selected for the project.

What utilities or site requirements should I plan for?

Footprint / size: 2615×1621×2153mm

Can Lancing UK help match this machine to my product and container?

Yes. Lancing UK can review your product characteristics, bottle or pack format, closure type, required output and site constraints to confirm the right configuration before supply.

Request a configuration check

Send product details, container dimensions, closure or label samples, target output and any available line photos. The team can confirm whether this machine is the right starting point.

Related machinery guidance

Use the relevant guide to check application variables before a final machine configuration is confirmed.

Connect filling-head results to the container range

For the LU-CL6T application review, identify each intended fill volume and container rather than applying one reference rate to the whole range. Include the neck opening, required headspace and product condition at filling. Describe the supply vessel and refill arrangement because the trial should represent the intended process as closely as practical.

Keep measurements traceable to the filling position during assessment. Record pack cleanliness and nozzle cut-off as well as filled quantity, then consider the effect on the next capping or labelling operation. This makes the acceptance evidence useful beyond a combined line total.

Product change
Identify viscosity, foaming or temperature variation that should be represented in the sample set. Confirm any material-compatibility requirements through the product review.
Container change
Ask which guides, nozzle settings and recipes are needed for each approved format, and how first-off fills are checked after changeover.

Can the rate stated at one fill volume be applied to a larger fill?

Do not extrapolate it as confirmed performance. Request the proposed output and test basis for each required product and fill volume.
